Questions Romeoville Clients Ask

Real concerns, honest answers

"What if it looks fake?"

If anyone can tell you got them done, I haven't done my job. Every stroke is designed to look like it grew there.

"What if it hurts?"

Most clients say it feels like light scratching—way less than a tattoo. I use premium numbing, and you're in control the whole time.

"What if I don't like it?"

I design your brows with you BEFORE any pigment touches your skin. You approve the shape, color, and thickness. No surprises.

"Is the 18 minutes drive worth it?"

Most Romeoville clients say it's the best 18 minutes they spend all month. Private studio, free parking, and results that last 12-18 months.

10/10 experience with Sarah! She walked me through every step and made sure we were on the same page the whole time. I have always struggled with my brow shape and felt like my brows “drooped” at the tail. She fixed them and I am obsessed with how they came out! Just look at her Instagram and the photos speak for themselves!

I have been a client for 4 years. As I aged so did my brows, and I decided to ditch my endless eyebrow products. It was the best decision of my life. My brows are complimented often and it is all because of Sarah, who is the brow master! She is an artist and expert technician. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to ditch the brow gels forever.

Questions from Romeoville Clients

How long does it take to reach Nirvana PMU from Romeoville?

My Shorewood studio is about 18 minutes from central Romeoville. From Lewis University, take Airport Road to I-55 West to Route 59 South -- about 20 minutes. From Windham Lakes or the Route 53 corridor, Route 53 South to I-55 East to Route 59 South is the cleanest path.

Do clients from Windham Lakes and Remington visit your studio?

Yes -- I have regular clients from Windham Lakes, Remington, Hidden Lakes, and the Route 53 corridor. The 18-minute drive via I-55 and Route 59 is straightforward, and most clients tell me it felt like a short trip once they knew the route.

Do you work with first-time microblading clients?

Absolutely. Most of my clients are first-timers, and I treat every consultation as a real education -- skin type assessment, shape design, what to expect during healing, how long results last. There are no rushed explanations and no assumptions. You leave knowing exactly what you are getting.

How should I prepare for my appointment if driving from Romeoville?

Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment, and skip blood thinners if you take them. The full session takes 90 minutes, so eat beforehand. I send detailed prep instructions when you book. Plan to leave Romeoville about 25 minutes early in case of I-55 traffic.

What Romeoville Clients Say

"I tried a salon in Bolingbrook first and the result was too dark, too blocky. Sarah corrected everything and now my brows look completely natural. My neighbors in Windham Lakes keep asking who does them."

Why Romeoville Chooses a Specialist Over a Convenient Salon

Romeoville is a community that values getting things right. Lewis University has been here since 1932, building a culture of serious academic work on the same Route 53 corridor where families now settle, commute, and build careers. That same orientation — substance over shortcuts — is what brings Romeoville clients to my studio.

Here is what they consistently tell me they were looking for:

  • Brows that look genuinely natural — Hair strokes that match their actual growth pattern, not drawn-on arches
  • A real specialist — 10+ years doing exclusively brows, not a general salon with microblading on a long service menu
  • Verifiable track record — Real before-and-afters in my results gallery, hundreds of 5-star Google reviews
  • A private, one-on-one appointment — No salon noise, no waiting, no feeling like an assembly line
  • Lasting results — Brows that hold for 12-18 months and remove the daily makeup routine

The Romeoville Work Ethic Standard

Romeoville is a working community. Lewis University faculty and students, healthcare professionals along the Route 53 corridor, parents managing kids and commutes from Windham Lakes and Remington — these are busy people who appreciate efficient solutions to real problems.

The real problem microblading solves: you spend 10-15 minutes every morning trying to fill in brows that never look quite right, never look quite the same, and wash off by evening. Microblading replaces that routine entirely. You wake up with shaped, full, natural-looking brows — every day, for 12-18 months — without touching a pencil.

That is not a luxury. That is a time trade that pays off every single morning.

See what that looks like in my results gallery.

Getting Here from Romeoville

The drive from Romeoville takes about 18 minutes via I-55 and Route 59:

  • From central Romeoville or the Route 53 corridor: Take Route 53 South to I-55 East (toward Chicago briefly), then immediately exit Route 59 South toward Shorewood. About 18 minutes.
  • From Windham Lakes or Remington: Head to Route 53 South, then follow the above. Add 3-5 minutes depending on your starting point.
  • From Lewis University: Take Airport Road south to Normantown Road, then west to I-55, then Route 59 South. About 20 minutes.
  • From Hidden Lakes or the Brandon Road area: Head north to I-55 West, then Route 59 South. Clean highway run, about 18 minutes.
  • Parking: Free lot directly in front of my studio at 805 W Jefferson St Ste I. No meters, no structures.

Morning appointments are cleanest for I-55 traffic. Many Romeoville clients book before 9 AM and clear the corridor easily in both directions.

A Private Studio Where You Are the Only Client

Romeoville has good salons. What it does not have is a studio that does nothing but brows — with a decade of practice to show for it. Here is what my private studio looks like in practice:

  • You are my only client — I never double-book. Your appointment is your appointment.
  • I do all the work myself — No apprentices, no assistants working on your face
  • Honest first conversationMicroblading is where I start almost everyone, and you decide the rest after you have seen your own finished strokes. Coarse-but-patchy brow hair, or wanting more drama, is what makes combination brows the better call. Skin type is an aftercare question, not a technique one. Old work from another artist is a custom treatment
  • Full follow-through — Your 6-8 week touch-up ($150, a separate visit) is part of the process, not an add-on. Worth knowing up front: shading is a one-way door. Add it and every touch-up and refresher after has to be shading, which is exactly why I start most people at strokes only

What Romeoville Clients Value Most

From Lewis University staff who want low-maintenance brows for a professional setting, to parents from Windham Lakes who want to cut their morning routine in half — Romeoville clients share one thing: they made the 18-minute drive after doing real research, and they come back for touch-ups.

My pre and post-care guide covers everything you need to know for optimal healing. The consultation is free and has no obligation.

If you’re the practical type who likes the whole picture up front, my rundown of microblading across the Chicago suburbs lays out the value calculation plainly — specialist versus salon, what the process involves, and every community I serve from Shorewood, Romeoville among them. The complete microblading guide and comparison chart round out the picture before booking.
